Mostardesign Type Foundry offers high-quality physical products, including but not limited to posters, t-shirts, and brochures. Each product is described and illustrated as accurately as possible.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and US dollars ($). Customers can choose their preferred currency during checkout.
Exchange rates may vary, and Mostardesign Type Foundry cannot be held responsible for differences caused by currency conversions or international bank charges.
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Taxes and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout via trusted carriers.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the destination and displayed during checkout.
Mostardesign Type Foundry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance for international shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product at hello@motyfo.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction, minus any return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

All designs, branding, and content on our products are the exclusive property of Mostardesign Type Foundry. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability Mostardesign Type Foundry is not responsible for:

Losses or delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
