- Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Contact hello@motyfo.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.
- To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) must be provided.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Note: Custom products or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
