Shipping and return policy

Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 21 days after shipment. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the contents of your order.

Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If your product arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@motyfo.com with a photo and a brief explanation.
We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or error (e.g. change of mind or incorrect size selection). All returns must be approved in advance by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items in our shop — such as t-shirts, mugs, and home decor — are printed on demand. For these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
